Cooking Classes
All you need to bring is yourself, we will provide aprons and hand towels, as tasting is enjoyed throughout the night. All will have the opportunity to see the recipes become a gourmet experience, grill, slice and dice and enjoy the fruits of your labour. Recipes and information sheets will be provided with additional course materials in the evening. We look forward to enjoying a fun filled evening of learning, good food, and meeting new friends.
Courses will start at 7pm and run till around 9:30pm.

Earth Day 2009
As mentioned the Art of Cheese will be hosting our Second Annual Earth Hour, the event is scheduled to be held on March 28 2009. The party begins at 8:00pm with lights out at 8:30, as with last year our hour event will probably go for a few extra hours. The space will be limited to the first 45 registered (paid) guests, the cost for this years Earth Hour party is $35.00 per person or $50.00 per couple.
